Today we remember those who have served, and sacrificed for our country and our freedom. Today we say thank you to all those men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice to keep our country safe and free. We won't forget you!
For my creation, I made a get well card using my new Spellbinder die cuts and a darling little whale that I created using my Cricut Explore Air. My sentiment is from Cardz TV stamp set entitled "More Critter Captions".
I needed a graduation card for my grandson. His school colors are blue and white so I wanted to go with that. I made my numbers using the Cricut Varsity Letter cartridge and cut them at 2". Then I used the Something To Celebrate cartridge for the graduation cap. For my sentiment I chose Mary's Cardz TV Stamp set "Bigger Everyday Sayings" and heat embossed it using WOW Sierra Sunrise Embossing Glitter. I love the elegant look of this card. For the inside sentiment I used Cardz TV More "Encouraging Thoughts" and stamped Follow Your Dreams.
For my project, I made a birthday card for a co-worker who celebrated her 50th birthday. I designed "The Big 50" in Cricut Design Space and popped it up on a cut from the Elegant Edges cartridge that was embossed using the Cuttlebug Devine Swirls embossing folder. The sentiments are from Cardz TV stamp sets: Good Times. I love how colorful it turned out.

Please feel free to leave me a comment, I love reading them!
I am so excited to be sharing My Scrap Chick "Ice Cream Cone" cards. These are super simple to put together and so much fun to cut out in all sorts of patterns. Of course Cardz TV "Summer Fun" stamp set was perfect for these. I plan to give these to my girls on their last day of school to let them know we are going to get a fun treat to celebrate summer is here!!!
For today's card, I was inspired by Cardz TV Kit & Kaboodle Sketch # 17.
I used Cardz TV "Lucky Dog" Stamp set for this cute little card. I stamped the images and used my Scan n Cut. I then restamped with Versamark ink and heat embossed with clear powder, and then added glossy accents to the dog's nose and eyes.
I just love this card and a simple Hello Friend can be used for so many occasions. I used Mary's Cardz TV Stamps "Favorite Phrases". The paper is Lawn Fawn and the cute girl is from La La Land Crafts. I used some heart dies and a flower die. It's colored in with Copics.
I found this Flamingo cut out card in the Silhouette store and thought it was adorable so of course I wanted to make it. The file makes a 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" card. It is a quick and easy card to make and the different layers for the flamingo went together quickly. My sentiment is stamped with Memento Tuxedo black ink and is from the Cardz TV Stamp set Favorite Phrases.
For my card I used the sentiments from "Mother's Day" and the flower pot from "Pretty Posey" Cardz TV stampssets. I also used a digital image from the Bloobel monthly facebook progressive challenge. I popped the flower up on foam tape. I used Enamel dots and Wink of Stella on the petals and colored the flower with Copic markers and added googley eyes. For the flower pot, I stamped it on designer paper then fussy cut it out. Mary's stamps are so easy to fussy cut!
Today I made this super fun Boot card from the silhouette store. I believe it is a Lori Whitlock design. The Cardz TV Stamp set I used today on my card was "Favorite Phrases". This set is totally perfect for every occasion.
For my card, I used Watercolor paper, pencils, and paintbrush to create the background. A little washi tape and background stamping, and then adhered the sentiment banner with pop dots. The sentiment is from Cardz TV Stamps "Favorite Phrases"
I used a blank 5X7 canvas for my Mother's Day Home Decor project.
First I inked up the background using Tim Holtz distress inks. Then I took a stencil of the heart wreath, and applied modeling paste. Once that dried I colored it in with Chameleon alcohol markers. I added some flowers and a little bit of flower soft. I really love the dimension.
For the corners, I used my Cuttlebug and die, then inked that up. I wanted a vintage look on this.
I finished off with 2 sayings from the Cardz TV stamp sets "Favorite Phrases" and "Mini Messages"
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Your sweet comments always make me smile...Thank you for that too!
I made a flat backed treat box for Mother's Day. These are so fun to make. The flowers and DP on the back are from Lawn Fawn. The flowery DP is Doodlebug. I colored the flowers with Bic Markits. I used Cardz TV "Mini Messages" for the sentiment.
I'm going to share with you the very first card I embroidered and what was the start of a new branch of this card making hobby of mine. I love embroidering cards! I made this card to give to my mom on Mother's Day.
On the inside, I used the Going in Circles stamp set from Cardz TV. It has so many greetings for a variety of occasions. I also like that you can add a little image to the center for a little extra interest :-)
I love these pretty colours together and love the linen card stock base. So elegant! For the center of this card, I used one of the new flower stamp and die sets from Cottage Cutz. I used copic markers to colour in the image. I punched the corners with a decorative punch and added a little gem for some additional bling.
I stamped and cut two sets of the rose stamp, so that I could fussy cut the center rose and pop dot it to add some dimension to the image. I went over the roses and the butterfly with a Wink of Stella pen to add a little sparkle here and there.
