Tweet Me... Just Because

Hi everyone, Maria here from Maria Lina's Creative Designs. Today I decided to make a card using the Cardz TV stamp set "Critter Punnies". This "Tweet Me" card is great to have on hand for when you want to reach out to someone, this sentiment is just perfect for that.

Now that Spring is finally here you can make several of these and send them to friends you haven't seen all winter long.

I cut the bird cage out of the April Showers Cricut cartridge and I used the label die from My Craft Spot. The papers are from Teresa Collins "Save the Date". To finish the card, I added some rhinestones and polka dot ribbon.

Enjoy...

Have a great day!!!

New "Heavenly" Stamp Set

Jeri here today showcasing a sentiment from the new Cardz TV Stamp Set "Heavenly". All of the sentiments in this set are angel themed. I used the sentiment "My Special Angel" for the inside of the card. One of my neighbors asked me to make a card for her granddaughter. While I was talking with her she mentioned that she calls her granddaughter her "special angel". Since I had just gotten my new Heavenly Stamp Set in the mail from Mary, I knew I could find the perfect sentiment for an angel card. I was so excited when I looked at the stamp set and there it was the "My Special Angel" sentiment. PERFECT! For the details on this card please visit my blog Bug n' Me Creations. If you'd like this stamp set visit Mary's store HERE.

Hello Cardz TV Gallery fans, I hope you are having a wonderful week. Brenda here from Friends Craftin' With Friends. My project this week is a quick and simple one. My hubby has been sick for two weeks, and my time has been spent running him to the doctors and taking care of him. We have to get his fever gone before he can do the study at Johns Hopkins, it has been a busy one around here. So I apologize that my project is plain, but I think it is a good one. The Cardz TV stamps I used on this card are:

Just Saying/Late Easter Card

Hi everyone,

Melissa here, I have two cards to share with you today for Cardz TV Gallery. First up is this shaker card/but not really...lol. I didn't put enough foam behind it, so it moves very slow, but it still looks good!! It so reminds me of a nautical card, must be the colors, what to you think? I was also a person that thought I would never use wood veneers, but, I am really beginning to love them, you can stamp on them too!!!

Inside!
Here is the stamp set I am using for the Cardz TV Stamps.
Here is my late Easter Card, I wanted to share it a couple of weeks ago and forgot about it, so here it is, I hope that it inspires you for the upcoming year.
I used wood veneers on this too, I just added some ink for color!

Here is the Cardz TV set I am using.

Well, that's it, till next time!

Thanks so much for stopping by and have a blessed day!

Encouragement Mini

Hi, everyone! DT Janis here today!

I hope you guys are enjoying your April so far. What have you been doing this spring?

As I write this, it's actually March 12, 2015; not even April yet. The weather is warming up to mild instead of freezing; flowers are beginning to bloom; pollen is dusting the windshields and sidewalks; and I'm loving it.

The project I have to show you today was made especially for a family member who is taking care of her husband as he fights Lewey Body Syndrome, Parkinson's, and now cancer. I'm hoping she will place it somewhere to remind her there is strength beyond our own limits.

This is an accordion album. It can sit on your desk, dresser, coffee table, shelf, wherever.

Scriptures for both sides were stamped using Mary's Cardz TV Stamp sets:
  • Rejoice
  • Easter Blessings

Instructions:
  • Cut a piece of cardstock to 12" x 4"
  • Score every 3"
  • Accordion fold
  • Cut matting for each panel at 2 3/4" x 3 3/4"
  • Cut decorative paper for each panel at 2 5/8" x 3 5/8"
  • Cut solid white cardstock for stamping messages at 2 1/8" x 3 1/8"
I used Tim Holtz Distress Ink "Wild Honey" and a sponging tool to soften the white around the edges, but leave some white space in the Scripture message.

  • Chipboard Hearts are from Studio Calico's Project Life monthly kits.
  • Decorative papers from KasierCraft "Fine & Sunny" 6 1/2" square pad.
This came together easily and quickly. You can customize this for any occasion, celebration, or thinking of you project.  I love making these.

Thanks for stopping by today to see what I'm up to. Enjoy the rest of your day!

Artist Trading Cards

Hi everyone, Maria here from Maria Lina's Creative Designs. For todays project I decided I wanted to make some Artist Trading Cards using Cardz TV stamps. I wanted to show how you can take Mary's stamps and make them work for any kind of project you might want to make, beyond your usual cards and paper projects.

For those of you who don't know, an artist trading card measures 3 1/2 x 2 1/5 and you can create anything you want on them. They are called artist trading cards, because they are meant to be traded with another artist's cards.

I did join a challenge which was to make 5 of these and then Abandon them in 5 different locations, taking pictures of where I left them... something new to me, but thought it would be fun to do.

All and all, I had a great time making these and I especially loved to show how versatile Cardz TV stamps can be!

Enjoy...

Have a great day!!!

Thanks a Melon Retirement Card

Hi Everyone! I hope you had a wonderful weekend! My sister has a friend at work who is retiring and asked me to make a fun 90's theme card. I had a hard time coming up with something, but then I found a website that showed some fun things from the 90's. One of them was sideways and backwards hats so I thought this would be perfect! I used the This n That stamp set from CardzTV. I loved the way that it turned out and so did she. I found the cute image from MyScrapChick.

Be sure to head on over to the CardzTV Blog to pick up a set of this stamp set to make your own fun card. There are so many great sentiments on this set, the possibilities are endless!!! :0)
