Halloween Decor

Hey everybody! Hope you are all keeping warm!
The weather has been getting much cooler over the past
few days...some areas have even gotten some snow flurries!
I had warm thoughts in mind as I created this 3D paperscape
by Dreaming Tree! It was so much fun to make, but very hard to
capture well in pictures because the tealights kept causing
shadows. haha! The box card folds flat and also has a matching
envelope so it can be mailed! Mary's stamp set went so nicely with
this scene. There is also another sentiment in this set
that I thought would go great with it as well! "Scaredy Cat!" :)
Mine, however, is being displayed on my mantle and stands
about 12" tall!

Supplies Used:

Wishing you all a blessed day!

Bat Wings, Eye of Newt....Halloween Home Decor Project

Halloween is always a lot of fun don't you think?! Do you like spells and potions? Bat wings and Eye of Newt? Need some apothecary jars to put some yummies in? Well look no farther than your kitchen and the dollar store!

Hi everyone, Brenda here of Friends Craftin with Friends and I'm here to show you how you take recycle old glass food jars, candle jars, etc...into cool apothecary jars. You will need clean jars with lids, some old candle sticks-wooden or glass. I used glass ones that I bought at the dollar store. My jars are a jelly jar, a candle jar and a yeast jar. The smallest, brown jar is the yeast jar and the tallest is the candle jar. I took some black spray paint and spray painted my jar lids and candle sticks black. While they were drying I took some dies and cut out labels that I distressed with Walnut distress ink, then using Cardz TV stamps Halloween stamps: "Frankly Frightful and "Oct. 31st", I stamped my titles on the labels. Glued some homemade enamel dots on the labels and then attached to my clean jars. I used E6000 to glue the jar to the candle sticks. I didn't have any finials to use on my jar lids, so I used what I had and that was some old painted spools. I put some orange paper in the middle of the spools, then added a white pearl on top of the spool and glued the works down on the lids with E6000. Added my candy and called it done! They look really cute grouped together in my bay window. A nice cheap decoration for Halloween. I hope you like this little project and maybe will make some for yourself. They are really easy to make which is always a bonus and you have a cute decoration too! Crafty hugs, Brenda

Halloween Tag and Pumpkin Picking Box Card

Hi there, Maria here from Maria Lina's Creative Designs, for my Cardz TV Gallery DT project I made 2 projects I just had to share with you. For my first project made a huge tag using Graphic 45 papers and for my second project I made a Pumpkin Patch box card from SVG Cuts.

Halloween Tag...

These papers are from the "An Eerie Tale"  paper pack, love the colors and feel of the look, a bit different then the usual Halloween papers I normally use. I had lots of fun putting this together, I used Cardz TV stamps sets "Frankly Frightful" and "Trick or Treat".

I used tags upon tags, I started with a large tag and made a pocket to add two smaller tags, where I then added 2 mini tags.

For added journaling and/or photos.

Autumn Box Card...

This is my first box card! I used this pumpkin box card as an invitation for pumpkin picking.

I love going to the farm, we so enjoy the hay ride to pick out our pumpkins, the corn maze and warm fresh baked pies, yum!!! I used Cardz TV's awesome stamp sets "Thankful for You", "Ticket Talk 2" and "Good Times". Please stop by my blog for more details on both projects and I hope you all are enjoying this time of year as much as I am.

Enjoy...

Happy Crafting!!!

Elegant Pumpkin Treat Container

Hi Everyone! Welcome to another CardzTV Designer Gallery post!! For this project I used the amazing Fright Night SVG kit from SCVCUTS and paired it perfectly with CardzTV's new stamps called Frankly Frightful!!!

Here's a video to see the pumpkin close up!

Surprisingly, this project went together pretty quickly. I used black cardstock for the base, white washed from Bella Family for the overlay and decorated it heavily with rhinestones that I purchased from the Recollections brand at Michael's. I also had a really fun chalkboard tag that my friend and fellow DT sister, Krystal sent to me. The flower is from Basic Grey called tissue flowers. The center rhinestone in the flower is from Michael's Recollections brand called Rhinestones. The handle was made simply by adding tulle.

I hope you have enjoyed my pumpkin treat container and are inspired to make one of your very own! Be sure and pick up a set of Mary's stamps, Frankly Frightful to that you can start creating today!! :0)

Ghouls just want to have fun!

Debbie from Craftin Chaos here and I decided since there seems to be such a short window of Halloween I was squeezing out every second I can of it. Cause already I am seeing Christmas things. Hobby Lobby has had Christmas decor up here for over a month! Too early if you ask me.

I am using Mary's new set Frankly Frightful....love it!! I am loving working with her stamps because she honestly has the cutest sentiments so it really makes my job easy peasy.

I found a cute Hello Kitty image on the internet where she was a zombie. I am a fanatic of zombie things too as I am hooked on Walking Dead show which I am writing this on Sunday and the new season starts tonight! WOOT WOOT!!!!

I created a svg file from this image. I had to basically create from scratch with it as a guide because it wouldn't trace well. I think it turned out pretty cute. I added some sequins and twine and a few embellishments as well to create my "Scene" the spider webs I found an image and traced them cause I was too lazy to search through the hundreds of files I have.

Don't forget to play along in the challenges Mary has you can win your own pick of stamps!! Click here for this weeks challenge.
