You're My Pot of Gold!

Deanna here with another inspirational post for the CardzTV Gallery blog.  Here is what I have for you today.

I started with a piece of white card stock cut and folded to make a 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" card base.  Next I layered the shamrock patterned paper on the card. It was cut at 4" X 5 1/4".  I then took another piece of white card stock and cut it to 3 3/4" X 2 3/4".  Finally I took a piece of green plaid card stock and cut it to 3 1/2" X 2 1/2".

My images are from the Simply Charmed cartridge.  I slightly layered the leprechaun over the end of the rainbow to give him the appearance of jumping out of the pot of gold.  I then flattened my images to make them a print and cut. I cut them at 3 1/4".  I assembled my layers and adhered the smaller panel to my card base with foam tape.  I then adhered the images to the plaid layer with more foam tape.

I stamped my sentiment using the CardzTV St. Patrick's Day stamp set.  I die cut the sentiment out with a small speech bubble die and adhered it to my card and the card was finished.

I hope you got some inspiration from this project and will join in the weekly challenges.

Happy Valentine's Day

Deanna here with a fun little treat box that is quick and easy to make for your Valentine.  Here is what I have.

To make my box I used a die from Lawn Fawn but I checked and both Cricut Access and Silhouette have similar boxes so you can still make this without the die.  To make the box, I cut two pieces of the box out of some 6" X 6" patterned paper.  I folded all of the score lines, added tape to the tabs and adhered the box together.  It was a quick and easy project for those last minute gifts.  My box held two fun size candy bars.  I die cut a heart tag and stamped it with the Happy Valentine's Day stamp from the Cardz TV Be My Valentine stamp set.

You Make my Heart Sing!

Hi everyone, Deanna here with another inspirational post for the CardzTV Gallery.  Here is what I have for you.

My card is a 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" pink card base.  The card was designed in Scan n Cut Canvas and cut with my Brother Scan n Cut.  The sentiment is from the Hugs and Kisses CardzTV Stamp Set.

To make the card I started with a Rectangle from the basic shapes and sized it to 5 1/2" X 8 1/2".  I then shortened the card base by about 1/2".  Next I went to the borders and found this heart border that I welded to one of the 5 1/2" sides.  Next I went back to the basic shapes and found the heart shape and the scalloped heart shape.  The scalloped heart shape was sized to 1 3/4" and I duplicated it twice to give me 3 hearts, which I cut out of a darker pink shade of paper.  The plain heart was sized at 1 1/2" and was duplicated twice.  It was cut out of patterned paper and then adhered to the center of the scallop heart.  I added a  piece of patterned paper across the card.  The patterned paper was cut to 3" X 5 1/2". The hearts were adhered to the center of the patterned paper.  I then embossed my sentiment with white detailed embossing powder and the card was finished.

Thanks for stopping by. Be sure to come back tomorrow and everyday for a new post.

Just Believe

It is hard to imagine that Thanksgiving is gone and Black Friday is here.  In honor of Black Friday here is what I made for you a little tote bag.  This little bag would be perfect to give a gift in, or to fill  full of candy, nuts or other goodies.

The little tote bag is from the Silhouette Store.  I chose to do my tote in red and white in honor of the upcoming holidays but you can do yours in any color combination you like.  The tote is sized for 12" X 12" paper but the image comes grouped together so you can size it down to fit 8 1/2" X 11" card stock as well.  I cut out a tag and stamped with Just Believe from the Very Merry stamp set.  Hope you enjoyed this little project.  I would love to see what you make from the file.

Winter Cheer

Hi everyone, Deanna here with another inspirational CardzTV Gallery post.  Here is what I have for you today.

It is hard to believe but Thanksgiving is just two weeks away and it is time to start working on the holiday cards if you haven't yet.  This card is a quick and easy card and is easy to duplicate.  This card is from the Anna Griffin Christmas Kitsch Cricut Cartridge and was cut with my Cricut Explore.  I cut the card with the image at 5 1/2" high.  This made the card a perfect A2 card.  To make the card I cut the card base and the layers for the snowman.  I layered the snowman together and adhered it to it's layer on the card.  That is all there is too it.  Quick and simple, but adorable.  I then stamped my sentiment from the Winter Cheer stamp set with some Versamark ink and added some white fine detail embossing powder which I heated up with my heat gun and the card was finished.

Happy Thanksgiving

Hey everyone, Deanna here with another inspirational post for the CardzTV Gallery blog.  Today I have for you a cute little Thanksgiving card.  Here is what I made.

I started with a piece of Kraft card stock cut and folded to make a 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" card base.  I added a brownish orange mat cut to 4" X 5 1/4" and then the patterned paper mat cut at 3 3/4" X 5".  Next I added the blue acorn mat cut a 1 1/2" X 5".

I decided to cut this cute pilgrim squirrel from the Create A Critter 2 Cartridge.  He is cut at 3 3/4".  I cut all the layers and adhered him together with some liquid glue.  I used a light pink marker to give him some rosy pink cheeks and a white gel pen to add the little white dots to the pink area.

My sentiment is from the Big Holiday Wishes stamp set.  Thanks for visiting be sure to come back tomorrow for another great project.

Aged to Perfection!

Hey everyone, Deanna here with your daily inspirational post.  Here is what I made for you today.

I saw this cute image of Elmo popping out of a box and thought what a perfect birthday card it would make for my friend who is having a birthday soon.

I started with a white card stock base cut and scored to make a 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" card base.  I added a blue mat cut at 4" X 5 1/4".  Next I added the patterned paper mat cut at 3 7/8" X 5 1/8".  Elmo is a print and cut image from the Sesame Street Elmo Play Day cartridge.  I print and cut the image at 4".  Elmo is added to my card front with foam tape.  I adhered the streamers straight to the card using my two way glue pen.  I dded some sparkle to the streamers and yellow tissue paper in the box using my Spectrum Noir Clear Glitter Pen

Finally, I stamped my sentiment from the CardzTV Good Times Stamp Set.  Thanks for stopping by today.
